Seventeen NASRA branch officers, gathered from the length and breadth of Ireland, partook in our inaugural branch officers training course held on the 18th and 19th of May in Athlone.

An extremely informative and beneficial course, content and topics covered included:

• Trust in care;
• HSE grievance procedures:
• HSE disciplinary procedures:
• Letter writing;
• PSA 2010-1014;
• NASRA structures and scenario workshops.

Further courses are planned for the future and we will keep members informed.
